Payment is required in advance and when the booking is made.
If payment is to be made by your employing organisation, please provide a purchase order or authority with the booking, then we will invoice your organisation for your attendance at the training course.
An administration fee may be charged for overdue invoices.
If payment is not received within 3 months, then any certification due will be cancelled and will not be issued.
If for any reason you are unable to attend a training course on the day that you have booked, you must advise us within 48 hours before the scheduled course date by phoning :(08) 7324 9908 or email info@safeplacetraining.com.
If you are unable to stay for the duration of the course on the scheduled day, you must advise the trainer of your withdrawal before the end of the course.
If you have advised of cancellation or withdrawal as above, then you may then either rebook the course for another date within 3 months of the original booking, or request a refund. There is no charge to reschedule a training booking.
If a refund is requested within this time we will refund the full amount paid for the training course.
Safe Place Training reserves the right to refuse refund if cancellation is not advised within 48 hours before the scheduled training date, or if withdrawal on the day is not advised to the trainer, or a person is deemed not competent at the end of the course.
A booking fee will be charged for noshows or failure to notify nonattendance as above
